About Dr. Erin (Chandler) Dial, DPT
Erin’s interest in the field of sports medicine was sparked in 1996 when a chronic gymnastics injury required physical therapy treatment. Then, the influence of her late uncle, Dr. James Chandler, of Beeville, started her interest in a profession in the medical field. Her passion for the discipline grew in college as she worked as a physical therapy (PT) technician at an outpatient PT clinic in College Station. Having a heart for working with people, Erin was drawn to the close interaction that physical therapy offered. After studying exercise physiology and graduating from Texas A&M University in 2004 she developed her fitness and wellness skills. Erin worked at USAA as a corporate exercise consultant and subsequently at a gym in San Antonio as a personal trainer. She experienced first-hand how exercise could help people reach their individual goals.
After a year in the fitness field, Erin was elated to be accepted into the Masters of Physical Therapy program at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has developed her clinic skills in Beeville by working in an outpatient clinic and by working in the home health setting. Because of her commitment to continuing education and providing evidence-based practice, Erin continued her education and received her doctorate in Physical Therapy. In 2014, she was inspired to open a PT clinic in Beeville to provide one-on-one care to the community.
Erin is also a wife and mother of two, which she loves to spend time with. She is active in her church and makes her family a priority. With a sincere passion for working with people, manual therapy skills, and a commitment to evidence based practice, Erin looks forward to helping you reach your goals!
