About Kalleen Zamzow, PT

Kalleen knew at an early age that she wanted to join the medical field but also wanted to have a large family, which drove her toward physical therapy. Kalleen graduated from Texas A&M University after marrying her husband; they both ran on the collegiate track team. Kalleen has six children who are all active in sports; more than half compete at the collegiate level, and one professionally. Being a therapist and being able to help her children recover from sports injuries has been a great benefit for Kalleen and her family. After experiencing several injuries in high school athletics, Kalleen discovered that being a physical therapist would allow her to help people of all ages and conditions without growing bored. Kalleen has a high-energy personality and finds this profession to have many facets for continued educational growth. Learning is important to Kalleen as she strives to continuously improve through continued educational courses, observing therapists she works with, and through the care of her patients. She has been a physical therapist for 26 years and praises God for the ability to help others achieve their personal and physical goals.

After graduating from Texas A&M University in College Station, Kalleen worked in the Houston Memorial Outpatient Clinic for four years before moving to Goliad. She worked at Warm Springs outpatient physical therapy for 19+ years before transitioning to Beeville Physical Therapy once a week and Detar Outpatient Rehabilitation in Victoria for three days a week. Kalleen specializes in the joints of the spine and extremities, with an emphasis on the shoulder joint. Kalleen finds her job very fulfilling as she can do what she loves, which is treating a variety of diagnoses through outpatient therapy. Kalleen views BPT as a family-oriented clinic with an excellent atmosphere for love and care.
